Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products.

  • Handcrafted Nature: As our products (picks, accessories) are handcrafted from natural materials (wood, bone, horn, etc.), slight variations in color and texture are expected and are not considered defects.

  • Custom Designs: For personalized items, once the customer provides approval for a design via communication channels (email, WhatsApp, etc.), no further revisions can be requested.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (like Shopify plugins) or links to third-party websites which we neither monitor nor have any control over. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods or services from third-party websites.
